Meditation brings focus and focus brings the power to be more fully yourself.
In this accessible approach to meditation, learn to cultivate your inner life in a way that supports all aspects of daily living. The tools I have assembled over 20 years of study and experience teaching meditation have been transformational in my own life, the lives of my clients and are among my most valued life skills. This course is open and useful to both beginning and advanced meditators from all traditions: tools can be applied to support other meditation practices.
