What Inspires Your Students? How you help them build focus?

Trainee Reflections

The journal excerpt below, written by a Framework trainee, conveys some of the impacts of Framework training — for our participants and their students. In the first weeks of training, we begin with the crown chakra, the center that deals with inspiration, spontaneity, enthusiasm, openness to learning, and inner happiness. Next, we discuss the third eye chakra, the center of focus, insight, and wise decision-making.

As trainees bring new skills and awareness to students, the outcomes can be profound.

“This week, I have begun using the crown chakra meditation and the focus point meditation with my students in preparation for their end-of-year recital. Across the board, the results have been amazing! All the students are very open to taking a moment before they perform to settle themselves. Students and parents alike have seen drastic differences in their performance. It’s been especially fun to see and appreciate parents’ reactions!”
